EXOSOME, NEXT GENERATION OF SKIN AND HAIR REJUVENATION

SESSION INTRODUCTION

Exosomes, nano-sized extracellular vesicles measuring 30 to 200 nm, have gained attention as powerful biological carriers capable of transferring genetic and proteomic information between cells. Their lipid bilayer structure ensures the stable encapsulation of bioactive molecules, making them highly suitable for therapeutic applications in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
This presentation explores and introduces the efficacy of human adipocyte-derived and plant-derived exosomes in skin and hair regeneration, with a particular focus on their regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging properties.
EXO THERAPY, based on adipose-derived stem cell conditioned media, and Centella asiatica-derived exosomes, purified through advanced technologies, have clinically demonstrated various skin-enhancing effects, including improvements in elasticity, hydration, radiance, collagen synthesis, and wound healing. Additionally, noticeable improvements in hair density and thickness were observed, indicating potential benefits for hair loss treatment.
In conclusion, both human- and plant-derived exosomes are emerging as highly promising next-generation therapeutic agents in aesthetic dermatology. These exosome-based formulations offer innovative, non-invasive solutions for skin and hair rejuvenation
