A. For those who have pre-registered, an entry barcode will be sent by 10 a.m. on the opening day
Even if you do not receive the entry barcode after the opening time, you can still print your ticket at the venue by providing your [name] or [Email].

A. Pre-registration must be done individually.
Each attendee must complete their own pre-registration.

A. Yes, you can register at on-site registration to attend.

However, you will need to fill out registration form on-site, so we recommend pre-registering within the specified period to enter faster. If you have an invitation from an organization, you can register using the invitation.

– Application deadline: First-come, First-served

A. Organizer will take participants’ requests into consideration as much as possible when allocating booth locations.
However, the final booth assignment will be determined based on factors such as the scale of participation, the nature of exhibited products, and the order of deposit payments.

A. BeautySum India provides transportation and storage services through its official logistics partner.
Please refer to the exhibitor manual for details on the services offered, costs, and procedures.

Others

A. Wi-Fi is not provided at the venue, so we recommend bringing a SIM card or a portable Wi-Fi router for internet access.
